We would like for your family to be a part of our organization.  We are a Christian group of people from all denominations, all walks of life, all financial levels, who desire a Christian way of teaching for our children.  Following is some information about our support group.  If you would like to join the group, please feel free to attend any of the open activities listed under the Calendar (click on the sidebar).

     
Fees:    
NWACHEA Membership Fee:  $ 20.00  
The FEES are NOT REFUNDABLE.
Families who are having a difficult time financially may fill out the membership form and participate in NWACHEA's activities.  Payment of the membership fee will be accepted at a later date when finances are better.
     
Membership Includes:
1. Membership Directory
2.  Allows access to  e-mail and website. 
(Non-members may also be on the loop and access the website.)
3. Membership fees are used for plates, cups, etc. for pot lucks, prizes for parties, gifts for graduates, props and scripts for plays, education resources, fees for events, National Geography Bee, Vocabulary Bee, Spelling Bee, ACO (Arts Center of the Ozarks) donation,  WAC (Walton Art Center) membership, Jones Center facility gift, etc.
4. Only members may participate in the classes held at various locations around Northwest Arkansas. 
5. Members may participate in scheduled field trips.
Membership Form:
A MEMBERSHIP FORM should be completed for membership. These forms are available by clicking on the Membership Navigation Bar or are available at any NWACHEA function. If you desire membership, complete the form and return it by mail or to any NWACHEA Steering Committee Member.
Classes: 
Held in Springdale/Fayetteville, Rogers, and Bentonville.
1. The leaders for all NWACHEA activities must sign doctrinal statement (statement of faith)
2. Parents volunteer services for semester.
3. The classes may have a fee for supplies.  The fee will be set by the teacher of each class.  Fees are payable to that individual teacher.
4.  The Board is not directly involved in planning each class.
Bees:
1. Geography Bee - Held in December
2. Spelling Bees:   NWACHEA sponsors 2 spelling bees:  One for the younger children (generally K - 3);  and One for grades 4 - 8.   
3. Vocabulary Bee
Family Recreation:  
1. Family centered sports and recreation.   
2. Optional participation. 
3. Does not require travel to other states. 
4.   When we use free facilities, there is no fee.  When we rent gym/game room, the cost is generally $1 per person.
Pizza Hut Reading Incentive:
Called the "Book-It Program", available for K/G-6th grades.
Group Rates:
1. Walton Arts Center events in Fayetteville.
2 Arts Center of the Ozarks events in Springdale. 
3. Shiloh Museum events in Springdale.
4. Field Trips.
 
Ice Skating:
We are ice skating at the Jones Center on the fourth Friday of each month.
 
Yearbooks:
You may submit pictures for the yearbook at NWACHEA classes.  You may also mail pictures to Tracy Barnett at PO Box 245, Winslow, AR  72959
Track and Field Day
